This learning community brings together faculty from six different CSUs to adopt a socially responsible curriculum for early computing courses (i.e., CS0, CS1, CS2).

This FLC is part of an NSF-funded Broadening Participation Collaborative grant "BPC-A: Socially Responsible Computing: Promoting Latinx student retention via community engagement in early CS courses (Award # 2216687)" that aims to increase LatinX student retention through socially responsible computing.

The FLC summer workshop will occur on the Dominguez Hills campus and will be organized by faculty from:

• CSU Los Angeles
• Cal Poly Pomona
• San Francisco State University
